This is our second year buying Finca La Burbuja and we are happy to have it back! This lot comes to us from the Ramos Diaz family farm located in the highlands of Huehuetenango in the northern part of the country. The harvest runs roughly December to March and this fresh lot has just arrived in the US in May. The cup is sweet, clean, and chocolatey, with mild acidity, raspberry sweetness, and a subtle baking spice finish. A really approachable coffee that is a great all-rounder!
